Our 60-minute-deep tissue massage uses Swedish massage techniques to vasodilate and relax your blood vessels to prepare your body for healing before moving into deep tissue techniques to target areas of pain and inflammation. This massage will be in partnership with the client to ensure comfort levels and will always include some relaxation techniques to assist with well-being.
Areas of the body to focus on will be discussed with the client before the massage.
