Relaxation Massage/ Nikau Cottage

Nikau Cottage Massage specializes in creating moments of relaxation and well-being in women using Swedish therapeutic massage techniques. Each massage will be tailored to your needs and discussed in advance to make sure we are focusing on your needs. If it is your first massage with us please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a health intake form in advance. We use Tui massage balms which moisturize and hydrate the skin and heated towels with organic essential oils that help you relax and increase circulation. The body will be draped with sheets and each part respectfully uncovered when massaged. To book on the massage you are interested in and use the calandar or you can phone 021913556. Full body relaxation massage

Relaxation massage starting with scented warm towels infused with essential oils, we start a whole-body journey that will cover Back, neck, scalp, arms, legs, face and neck using Swedish remedial massage techniques. These techniques reduce inflammation, assist circulation and relieve stress. Parts of the body can be substituted if extra work is needed in certain areas.

Magic Touch Massage / Hand / Foot Massage

30-minute massage of arms and hands or feet suitable for: Arthritis, circulation or nerve damage issues, with a special oil blend designed to assist with circulation and inflammation including Aloe Tui Balm with frankincense, myrrh and ginger essential oils.
$50 for 30 minutes
Neck, back and head massage

Starting with warm scented towels infused with essential oils to help you relax and rejuvenate, enjoy a massage that covers your back, neck and scalp. A lower back protocol can be added to work on those niggly sore lower backs if needed.

30 Minute Mobile Gentle Touch Therapy

Studies have shown that therapeutic touch has many health benefits for the body as well as our minds and emotional well-being. As we get older or have mobility issues, we can become isolated in our home environment. This service provides a mobile 30-minute gentle hand massage in the home.
For this massage we can use Tui Balms or our own blend for Arthritic pain with essential oils to ease inflammation and help circulation.
Due the travel and time needed there will be an addition add on to this massage of $20. Sometimes this can be a small price to pay to have some care and kindness when you are isolated.

Our 30-minute-deep tissue massage uses Swedish massage techniques to vasodilate and relax your blood vessels to prepare your back for healing before moving into deep tissue techniques to target areas of pain and inflammation. This massage will be in partnership with the client to ensure comfort levels and will always include some relaxation techniques to assist with well-being.
$50.00 for 30 minutes
60 Minute Deep Tissue Massage

Our 60-minute-deep tissue massage uses Swedish massage techniques to vasodilate and relax your blood vessels to prepare your body for healing before moving into deep tissue techniques to target areas of pain and inflammation. This massage will be in partnership with the client to ensure comfort levels and will always include some relaxation techniques to assist with well-being.
Areas of the body to focus on will be discussed with the client before the massage.
